You will receive an electronic invoice which will be sent to you via email at the point you place an order.

Go to the Log In page and enter your registered email address then click "Send Password" and your new password will be emailed to you. This will be an automated response – some junk mail filters treat automated responses as spam – so check in your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
back to topWHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We believe that our products are market leading and that it is unlikely that you will want to return your goods. However, if you are not satisfied with any item you order, please return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund (less the postage costs).
You should then send the goods back to us. The packaging that the goods arrive in can often be used for this. Please indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, making sure that the package is wrapped securely.
Once we have received the goods, we will refund your credit/debit card. Please allow up to 21 days from the date you sent it to us for this to happen. Please note that we can only refund postage and delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. If the refund hasn’t been made to your card within 21 days of you sending the item back to us, please contact us at contact@spiritualsojourn.com so that we can investigate.
When returning an item please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING as Spiritual Sojourn cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive at our offices. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 10 days from receipt of goods.

back to topWHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY
If you believe the goods that you have received are faulty, please take the following action: Try the CD on an alternative make and model of CD player before returning to us – it is our policy to test all returns, and where we determine that CDs are not faulty, we will return the CD to you with the appropriate postage charge. After doing this, if you still believe the goods are faulty, please contact us by e-mail at contact@spiritualsojourn.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to register with us that you’ve received damaged or faulty goods. You should then send the goods back to us. The packaging that the goods arrive in can often be used for this. Please indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, making sure that the package is wrapped securely. When returning an item, please return it to us via recorded delivery including the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for the inconvenience.
