DELIVERY TIMES

UK ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed on our web site. Standard UK orders are sent via recorded delivery.

Most products are therefore usually delivered in 3-5 working days. Occasionally due to a high volume of orders or postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we can start tracing lost parcels - unfortunately we cannot do anything until this time has expired.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED AFTER THE 14 DAYS, PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTION:

1. Check with your local delivery office as quite often we find they have tried to deliver when a customer is out.

2. Contact us at contact@spiritualsojourn.com so that we can help to trace your items.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed on our web site. Orders will require a signature.

Most products are therefore usually delivered in 7-10 working days. Occasionally due to a high volume of orders or postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 21 days before we can start tracing lost parcels - unfortunately we cannot do anything until this time has expired.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED AFTER THE 21 DAYS, PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTION:

1. Check with your local delivery office as quite often we find they have tried to deliver when a customer is out.
